Had hot water tank flushed today by ***** ******** . He deserves 10 star rating. Arrived on time, advised work, and was able to complete work in one visit. He explained everything including cost that he was going to do. He noted the 5 y/o safety pressure valve needed to be replaced and explained why; he also later checked the household water pressure and noted it was too high, he explained why he recommended the inline water pressure regulator (>20 y/o ) be replaced since it was not keeping household water pressure at ***** ... read more

Rite Way = Wrong Way.Poor business tactics. They lied about their military service to try to connect with customers. Poor service quality leading to roof damage at owners expense. Overpriced. Hard to get them to finish the job on time. Never again!
