When I purchased A/C for Rite Way wasn't told it is now computerized> That's why the price was twice as high as it should of been. Was not told that it has a special filter that you have to get from them. I scheduled a service but had to wait 3 weeks. They canceled it 2 days before and i had to wait another 3 weeks. Then they would not give me a time when i should of been first. I waited all day and was the last call after dark.They did't service it only made sure it was working properly. Miguel Barnett presented and then installed a Descaling device for our water system. He was a good communicator and obviously very knowledgeable. Also comfortable to deal with. During the installation, he noticed the age and sediment noises of our hot water heater and recommended replacement which we did. He inspired confidence in himself and in Riteway.

Julian Youtsey replaced our hot water heater and also installed a recirculating pump for faster access to hot water throughout our home. He was efficient and obviously knowledgeable, also good to deal with. He explained things clearly as the 2-hour job progressed. He inspired confidence in himself and in Riteway, and I recommend him for similar jobs.

I work in the construction industry and this is one of the worst companies that I've dealt with. The customer rep didn't know what was going on and could not give us a scheduled appointment timeframe for today or for the following Monday. We went with Temperature Control and they were extremely knowledgeable and gave us a time frame, and said they would look into our previous warranty on our system and would honor it. 5 stars for them, ZERO for Rite Way!

WE HAVE BEEN USING RITE-WAY FOR OVER 20 YEARS & MIKE DAVIS HAS BEEN OUR TECHNICIAN. HE IS ALWAYS THOROUGH & EXPLAINS EVERYTHING IN DETAIL. A GREAT COMPANY & TECHNICIAN.

We called Rite Way after the company we were dealing with gave us a huge charge for what we had to get done. I wanted another opinion & called Rite Way & Brandon Goza came out & inspected everything that needed to be done . He was polite & thorough & explained everything to us. He wore booties in our home. Wat he discovered was that there was a warranty on some of the parts, & the other company never mentioned it. We had the work done today & it cost us less than 1/2 of what we would have paid. I called for an comparison estimate on several plumbing services we needed. Jerry Anaya responded to our appointment on 11/25/19, he was very professional, took time to thoroughly examine the problem, explaining what needed to be done and why. Jerry made his repair recommendations with our best interests in mind, knowing that competitors suggested different options which were unwarranted and more costly repairs. Jerry provided great customer service.
