I am writing this review so other people have an idea of what to expect.First ************ Very high estimate that was Negotiable and Geared Towards Financing I needed a tankless water heater replaced. Last week I had a clog in my toilet and I knew if I ever wanted "it" to go down again I would need a plumber; and I remembered hearing ads on KNST for Rite Way and how they helped Veterans and First Responders. So, I called and explained my problem; and this was pretty late in the afternoon. The person on the phone said she would try to get a plumber out to help me. My AC stopped cooling during the hottest part of the summer. This was very stressful for my family especially with a baby and two dogs. Thank you Rite Way for sending a technician out so quickly! Our technician Safari ******* located the cause of our condensation leakage problem very quickly. He cleaned up the mess caused by the leakage and made the needed repairs while patiently answering a number of questions that I asked him. With the repairs made and proven, he cleaned up the work area, leaving it in much better condition than it was when he arrived. I couldn't have asked for better service.
