They do not inform you when you set your appointment that they are going to text you the day of your appointment and if you dont respond within ten minutes they will not honor their appointment. Husband set appointment with his phone and I was at the house waiting for four hours. If they wouldve told us that when we made the appointment we wouldve given them my number. Hired Gold Seal Plumbing to clear a clogged drain. Tech quoted $80 per hour; was there for approximately 20 minutes and was charged $834.38. After complaining, they issued a $100 refund. Will never use this outfit again. Overpriced to say the least.

Some other companies advertise drain opening at a lower price which doesn't include main sewer cleaning. The process and equipment are significantly different, affecting the price. Gold Seal Plumbing doesn't offer hourly rates as we are an up front flat rate pricing company. We do not proceed without prior authorization. Kudos to **** and to *** for a job well done on getting my kitchen faucet working well again.**** had to come back twice to get the correct part for this faucet repair which took effort on ***** behalf to keep looking for the right part. Fortunately, *** did get the right part and then **** did an excellent job in problem solving as there was also a blockage that was preventing the cold water side to have more pressure. In 2017 I hired Gold Seal ******* to install a hot water tank and mixing valve in my home. I have been happy with the system, since it is designed to fill a deep soaking tub in my bathroom.And then, the water heater shorted out...no more hot water whatsoever. I called Gold Seal and was delighted to find out that my tank has a 6 year warranty, and the company scheduled a free repair service call for me the next day. These 2 products come from different companies, and each company has their own warranties, so we apologize if that was not clarified at the time of the purchase. We do warranty all water heaters we install for 6 years (which is 5 years past the manufacturer warranty), including parts and labor for normal wear and tear and/or manufacturer defects. Gold Seal Plumbing responded quickly to my call requesting an urgent need for their service. ****** was here within a half hour. He found the reason for a leaking water pipe. Quickly replaced it. He was very pleasant. I highly recommend Gold Seal Plumbing
