I know they do good work but at $1200.00 an hour to replace a $40.00 faucet was way beyond ridiculous

However, after looking at the estimate you were provided, there may have been a misunderstanding. Our technician did offer you 2 different options to replace the hose faucet and new pipe under your house in the crawl space, which is extremely difficult to access. The experience was great - ****** and ***** had a depth of knowledge between them. The steps and what needed to happen in coordination with gas company was clear and concise. Everything was handled in a very professional and personable manner. They even showed us how to change the filter in the furnace that I never would have found. All in all, I give them a "great" rating for both their work and their customer **********************.

The reason Gold Seal did not get 5* is because I had 4 reps assigned to me case over the course of 2 months for the date that I needed and after being a loyal customer for several years I was quite surprised. Anyway *** was perfect.

****** M was superb. The tank strapping situation was unique in that the tank was squirreled into a very small space between two concrete walls and a gas furnace. Somehow ***** managed to get behind the tank after only removing an exhaust pipe on top of the tank. Using moves I have never seen outside of a magician's act he gained access to the backside of the tank where he installed the strappings to the walls.
