***** and ****** were both very professional.***** gave us a clear diagnostic evaluation and provided a quote that seemed fair and affordable. First time we used Gold Seal. Recommended by a neighbor to address our knocking pipes. ***** was very professional and thorough in assessing the problem. Several options presented and then ***** was back the following week to fix the issues. Really appreciated the person who assessed the issue came back to fix so no worries around miscommunication. Definitely will call Gold Seal in the future for any plumbing needs. Reliable and professional.

Epic experience, quick and professional. ..............is just an exceptional guy, you will love him, and yeah, his sense of humor is great! I highly recommend this company. In the end the solution he had for our problem ended up working quite well to compensate for a 90+ year old home's shortcomings vs todays high output washing machines. We have used Gold Seal before and def will again.

This was an emergency repair during the evening, a leaking pipe with spraying in the basement. I called Gold Seal, they had ******* contact me. He was here within the hour as he said he would be. He had the problem fixed quickly. I thought he was very professional. I would definitely call Gold Seal again. I appreciated the fact that Gold Seal not only advertised a 24/7 response but did it.

****, I think his name was, was courteous and professional. Explained the situation, gave, me options and a quote. Did the work in under 45 minutes, checked out the water heater and bathrooms to make sure everything else was ok. Will do business with them again, if I need any plumbing work in the future.
