Had a tankless water heater installed. I can’t say enough good things about Lonny. He assessed the situation gave me all the options wrote it out completely clearly, was totally professional and extremely friendly. Very patiently answered all my questions about switching from a traditional to a tankless water heater. On the day of the install he even helped me understand the options and changed the order on the fly.
Apparently the freeze proof hose bib leak can’t be stopped Because the system is under pressure. Why would GS install a device that is doomed to fail ?
