They were on time and did the job efficiently & cleanly.
I had ordered a 40 gallon hot water heater. When he arrived to install, the tech wanted to install a 50 gallon tank instead, at no extra charge, because that's what he had on the truck. He didn't seem to understand that I did not want a 50 gallon tank because of the extra costs to operate a 50 gallon tank, and that a 40 gallon tank met my needs. He said he'd have to go back to the shop to get a 40 gallon tank (I don't know why he didn't have one on his truck when he knew that's what I had ordered) and left in what I consider... read more

He took it apart and then told us since we were the original buyer of this ***** product that the company would likely replace it at no charge (rather than try to sell us an expensive valve). We contacted the company and they did just that but it took a few weeks to get the replacement mixing valve. ***** returned and then installed it the next week.
