***** *. was here to replace a mixing cartridge in our shower control valve. He took it apart and then told us since we were the original buyer of this ***** product that the company would likely replace it at no charge (rather than try to sell us an expensive valve). We contacted the company and they did just that but it took a few weeks to get the replacement mixing valve. ***** returned and then installed it the next week. Chris was professional and very personable. He gave me the cost before starting to work and solved the problem quickly. A typical excellent GSP job! I did notice that Chris was wearing an elastic Company neck gaiter over his nose and mouth which really does not afford any safety as he was not vaccinated. Both my wife and I were vaccinated in April so we felt safe enough. I suggest that GSP use CDC recommended masks for it’s unvaccinated employees.

Robert B and Marcus were very kind and helpful. They worked efficiently and explained what needed to be done. They fixed something other plumbers hadnt noticed was an issue that had been giving us consistent problems for 3 years. Would highly recommend!
