Chris was professional and very personable. He gave me the cost before starting to work and solved the problem quickly. A typical excellent GSP job! I did notice that Chris was wearing an elastic Company neck gaiter over his nose and mouth which really does not afford any safety as he was not vaccinated. Both my wife and I were vaccinated in April so we felt safe enough. I suggest that GSP use CDC recommended masks for it’s unvaccinated employees.

Robert B and Marcus were very kind and helpful. They worked efficiently and explained what needed to be done. They fixed something other plumbers hadnt noticed was an issue that had been giving us consistent problems for 3 years. Would highly recommend!

We were very pleased with David's work and professional demeanor. He went out of his way to track down a new toilet by calling another rep and driving to him to get it! David is very knowledgeable and was great about explaining our problem. Results were great and cleanup thorough. Very personable guy! We have been Gold Seal customers for years and believe they are fair and ethical in their business. This was my second time using Gold Seal. From Julie the secretary, to Brandon and Chris the plumbers, I had a good experience. Julie was friendly and got me an appointment as soon as possible. Brandon and Chris were professional and very knowledgable. They removed a root ball from my clogged pipes, and walked me through the pricing so I knew what I was getting into.
