We called Gold Seal Plumbing at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday with a non-emergency kitchen sink problem. Justin and Shawn arrived at my house about 12:30 p.m. to assess the problem. They had a new faucet in the van and were able to replace my old faucet right on the spot. I couldn't have asked for faster more efficient service or a nicer couple of guys. Thanks Gold Seal and Justin and Shawn!

I had ordered a 40 gallon hot water heater. When he arrived to install, the tech wanted to install a 50 gallon tank instead, at no extra charge, because that's what he had on the truck. He didn't seem to understand that I did not want a 50 gallon tank because of the extra costs to operate a 50 gallon tank, and that a 40 gallon tank met my needs. He said he'd have to go back to the shop to get a 40 gallon tank (I don't know why he didn't have one on his truck when he knew that's what I had ordered) and left in what I consider... read more
