Mary ***M Gold Seal came today on another emergency to my house. They were skilled, proficient, and extremely responsive to my needs. They were unable to solve the blockage with an augur, and had to remove the toilet. I thought it was prudent to replace the toilet with a new one, TOTO, which uses less water an dis more efficient ($200). Brrandon advised me that the city has a program to give $100 rebate , so it is definitely worth the investment. I am so grateful !
