Called for quote for tankless water heater, shared this when I scheduled appt. There did not seem to be good communication between the scheduler and the plumbers. The plumbers came, took measurements, gave me a quote for a water heater with a tank. When I realized they were going to install a water heater with a tank. I advised them I had called for a quote for a tankless water heater. As he began to get that quote, he seemed annoyed and shared several reasons why he prefers water heaters with a tank.
