The expertise of Gold Seal Plumbing is unmatchable! I just had to replace my entire sewer pipe from orangeburg ( little better than cardboard! ) to HDPE pipe. Working with the excavator ( Kalin), they were able to dig the trench, pass the inspection , and restore the landscaping Though a major and expensive disruption, it was almost a pleasure to experience such expert work and the bonus of their excellent communication skills.
I appreciate the service to repair a faucet that had recently been installed by another Gold Seal Plumber. However I was Tod the same person would come for the repair, then he could not make it on the day scheduled and didn’t call to say he was coming the next morning so I got another gentleman. Also it was good I called about a repair as I had been overcharged by $300 for the original install, which I never would have known had I not called and talked to Doug.
Ben diagnosed and solved the problem within 2 minutes. He didn’t charge for the repair saying, “that’s why you hire Gold Seal.” I couldn’t agree more. I’ve been a customer for 20 years and I hope I can be one for 20 more.
Arrived in a timely manner once call was made. Diagnosed problem, proceeded to fix and cleaned up the area. All within estimated cost. Very pleased with Joey and Gold Seal plumbing.
