Appointment time was scheduled between noon and 4:00pm. Received a call that the plumber was on his way at 3:45. Plumber arrived around 4:15, reviewed the work and presented me with a quote. I had one specific item that needed prompt attention that I previously communicated to Gold Seal when I made the appointment so I opted to get that one job completed. Bobby has come out for a couple of complicated plumbing installations in our new home. He took the time to carefully assess each project and did quality work with quality supplies. He always has a great attitude and offers practical and helpful suggestions for my project plans. I am looking forward to requesting him back for another (and hopefully last) major plumbing project. David was outstanding. Always careful to make sure he had his "booties" on and off at the appropriate times, didn't rush through the work and made sure I understood everything he was doing. Very patient and knowlegeable. While it's true that Gold Seal Plumbing quote was significantly higher than the other "estimate" - Gold Seal actually showed up and completed the work - after a week I'm still waiting on the other company's quote. I would definitely go with Gold Seal Plumbing again.

I recently called Gold Seal to get a quote on moving a shower head and shower faucet. The quote I was given was astronomical. Prior to calling, I did my due diligence by looking up reviews starting with the BBB. In most of the reviews, you never hear anything about pricing, but I am here to tell you that they are very expensive regardless how well they do their work. That's why we offer no charge estimates. Our up front flat rate pricing is so there isn't a question how long a job takes. If we're there for 2 hours or 6 hours, we don't charge any more or any less.
