When we first moved in here we were new to the area and we had major plumbing issues so we used the plumbing company that the prior owner used. After their first initial visit they called to reschedule a time to come out, I told them not to bother. they were very unprofessional and very costly. Benjamin and Shawn were very friendly and professional. They quickly went to work, diagnosed the problem, and got my water heater up and running again. Since the water heater is about half way through its lifetime, Benjamin wrote up and then carefully explained an estimate for three options. Thanks again to Benjamin, Shawn, and Gold Seal!
