Needed to have our A/C unit replaced - did a triple bid, and Vredevoogd won the job - won on quality, flexibility and overall "brand". The experience kicked off with Steve Flechsig in sales - a consummate pro. Thorough, attention to detail, etc. Getting the installation was painless, and they worked with our schedule. And the install "team" (Cody, Derek and Josh) were just "aces up" - again, consummate pros at what they do. G.T. Okemos

I can't say enough great things about Vredevoogd Heating & Cooling! My heat went out, and Brad K., the tech who came by, was friendly, personable and professional. He quickly diagnosed that my motor was bad, which was a surprise to me since I had just had their Super Maintenance service back in December, and this wasn’t mentioned at the time. When Brad explained that the replacement would cost around $1,000 and that a part needed to be ordered, I braced myself for the expense. But then he delivered the best news I’ve heard ... read more
