Today I sent my mother to check out Pure Bridal, as I live several hours away. I'm looking for a very unique style, so I wanted her to check things out before making an appointment (which is a whole day ordeal). We have been to a handful of stores & were allowed to quickly look before setting up an appointment. At Pure Bridal the staff members are rude to potential customers and "don't like people walking around looking at dresses". Fine by me, I'll take my business elsewhere.

At Pure Bridal our standard policy is to walk potential customers through the store, giving them a quick tour and then schedule a time to come back for a full appointment. This shop was everything I hoped it would be and more! Such a helpful staff, such amazingly beautiful dresses, and everything was done on such a personal level. I would definitely recommend Pure Bridal to any bride who is on the search for a dress. My dress is perfect (and to die for, I might add). I didn't think I would cry, but I did. This shop has made everything so real for me and for that I thank you!! <3 <3
Pure Bridal was the 3rd place I visited shopping for a wedding dress and by that point I was convinced I would never find a dress I loved. I told the person working with me I was okay with settling on a dress. She promised me, like the others, that she would find my dream dress. Unlike the others she did! She also made the entire process fun! Pure Bridal is magic and I would highly recommend it to any future bride.
Super excited to shop for dresses. I have heard so many amazing things!

Amazing customer service. It was the first place I went to to try on dresses and they made it so fun and made me feel so special. I went somewhere else right after and they didn't even compare! I came back the next day to order my dress! I can't wait to wear my dress on my wedding day. It was exactly what I was looking for!
I have nothing but good things to say about this place! It was my fourth shop out of five, and after leaving here I didn't even want to go to the last shop. They have a huge selection in almost any size, and the prices were right around my budget (I wanted to stay around $1,000 or under and my dress was $1,090). I found my dress here and am going in for measurements and to order tomorrow night. I absolutely LOVE it and it's perfect. Megan helped me and was nothing but wonderful! I highly recommend this place! :)
I just said "yes to the dress" on Saturday and the ladies there were so helpful! Very happy with my experience there they made it go super smooth and it wasn't stressful what so ever. Thank you ladies!!

I bought my wedding dress from pure bridal today!! We had an amazing experience and I got a great deal! Rita was my consultant and she was very enthusiastic, patient, open minded and flexible.
