Loved this store.first place a ever tried on dresses. I only tried on four but that was all I needed. Found my dream dress and .y consultant took very good care of me and my family
Did not have a good experience. . . We basically took over the appointment not much help from staff. Dresses all ordered 4+ sizes too big.. not a huge selection & when I got my dress the beading was already all falling off & it didn't seem to make a difference to staff. Did not make it feel like the special day that it should of been. Very unhappy bride!
My dress came way to big as did 3 of the other bridesmaids in the same wedding.. Won't be returning here for my own wedding because of other things. Also, don't really make the whole experience very special.

I had such an amazing experience!! This was the first place we chose. I am a plus size girl, and was not looking forward to dress shopping. I thought I would not be able to try on any dresses and instead just look at them and guess how it would look on me. Not only did I have one to try on, but MANY!! The entire staff, most importantly my consultant Lacey, were amazing! I was able to interact with all of the staff and even met one of the owners, Kayse, who also helped us out. My daughter and I went there on Sunday to look for prom dresses. Lots to chose from and the service was great. Also liked the fact that we didn't have an appointment and still got quality service and they took their time with us.
I love pure bridal because before you choose a dress they photoshop your head on a nice slender female body to give you more confidence to buy.. why buy anywhere else perfection
Terrible customer service. I was ordering a bridesmaid dress from out of town over the phone and they gave me a 10% discount and I paid in full at that time. Later that day, I got an email saying they made a mistake and shouldn't have given me the discount and took it away saying i need to pay the remaining balance. Don't make the customer pay for your mistakes! Terrible service!!
