There are not enough words for how incredible Pure Bridal is. Every time I have gone in, I have had nothing but spectacular customer service. The girls remember me, they are detail oriented, and have made me feel like family each time I have gone in. When looking for my wedding gown, and even bridesmaid dresses, they stuck to my budget, brought me dresses in my size (which is VERY nice-size 16 and top heavy) and even listened to my bridesmaid's budgets and ideas. Pure Bridal is the best place for wedding gowns, jewelry, bridesmaid dresses, and even prom. I have found so many unique and beautiful dresses over the years with the help of Kayse and Rita and all the other talented employees. The shop has a great atmosphere and everyone is so helpful! 10/10 would recommend �

Kayse and Rita are absolutely amazing!! They find the most gorgeous dresses to put in their shop and I get so excited for each time we get to have a shoot together to see another dress each one beautiful and unique!!
My experience at PureBridal was amazing!! I worked with Megan, and she was so patient and so, so helpful! Plus, she made me feel like she was enjoying the process as much as I was! I never felt rushed or pressured, and there were so many beautiful dresses and accessories to choose from! The way the dresses were tagged made it easy to stay on budget, and I could not believe the quality and variety of dresses within my price range! Im a bride on a tight budget, a time frame of three months, and had no idea what kind of dress I wanted... I accepted the fact that I would likely be settling for something that fit 'ok' and could be purchased off the rack within my modest budget... Not only did I feel treated like a princess, but they found me the most perfect dress I could have ever imagined wearing, and at one heck of a deal! I nearly cried the whole way home... Thank you for making me feel special!
I went in today just to look. We ended up ordering my dress as well as all my bridesmaids. They didn't have exactly what I wanted for bridesmaids but found one from a line they didn't carry, immediately got on the phone and figured out how they could get it. Then it turned out and employee had that same dress so she ran home to get it just so we could see it in person. We stayed almost twice as long as my appointment and never felt rushed. Our consultant Morgan was amazing. She pulled perfect dresses for the bride (who found her dress!!) & had great knowledge of the bridesmaids dresses. We described 2 different dresses from another salon and she found them in the storeroom immediately. They have such an array of sizes no matter your shape, Morgan can fit you in a dress. I recommend this shop to everyone.
