Most amazing bridal salon. I have personal experience here with my sister in law for her wedding, as well as on a professional level. Pure Bridal is by far the only place I send my brides. You will not be disappointed!
I was not impressed with the customer service I and another bridesmaid received following complications with the sizing of our dresses for my brother's upcoming wedding. Because the bridesmaids all live two hours away from Ames, and because the bride felt pressured to get dresses ordered with a good enough window IN CASE of complications, she was told we could send our measurements in for ordering. I had such a great experience at Pure Bridal yesterday! Morgan was amazing and found exactly what I was looking for in a dress and accessories, she was even dragging around mannequins for me so I could see the look of the whole wedding party with my dress!
Pure Bridal was so good to my bride friend and the four of us who went wedding dress shopping with her. We were welcomed and enjoyed a comfy place to sit and admire during her appointment. Morgan took amazing care of us, from gown to accessories to veil to bridesmaid dresses. I recommend all brides make Pure Bridal stop #1 of their dress hunt.
