Absolutely LOVE this bridal store. I bought my dress and my bridesmaid dresses here. I shopped at literally every other bridal store in DSM area and NOTHING compared! I have the wedding dress of my dreams and my bridesmaids look gorgeous as well!
Like everyone else, I had a great experience at Pure Bridal! I was super anxious the week before my appointment, but Claire was really nice and upbeat and encouraging! Being my first appointment, I had no idea what would happen. My expectations were actually low that we would find something that would work for my pear shape and my 6 month timeline. The girls at Pure Bridal are top notch! I've visited on two occasions now and received excellent service each time. Claire is outstanding! She listened, encouraged me to try different dresses and all around made me feel so comfortable. I can't wait to wear my dress!
So far the experience has been exceptional! I had amazing help by Claire and all the other ladies who measured me and were at the desk (since we were there until close) were super nice! Hopefully it all keeps going when I come back for my fitting 😁
Loved, loved, loved everything about this place! Everyone in there was so helpful and friendly. They asked what I wanted and really stuck to my budget. They also really helped me to figure out what exactly I was looking for. I had my one on one consultant helping me but I think there had to have been at least 3 other people stop and see how it was going and if they could help! I live a hour and half away and have yet to even be in the store, but the customer service over the phone and today at the Waterloo Bridal Show has been top notch! I know exactly what I am looking for and they are going above and beyond so I can get it! Other places that I have been emailing and calling, well... I cannot say the same. Customer service goes a long way with me, and Pure Bridal has it! Can't wait for my appointment next Sunday! Thanks ladies, you all rock!!
This was my first and only stop to find my perfect dress for my big day! The staff are amazing, very helpful even after getting my dress I have been back in to look for bridesmaid dresses and flower girl and they were always very helpful, not pushy and made you feel very comfortable!!
