We had a large group when shopping for bridesmaid dresses and they would very accommodating! They let us each try on multiple dresses and when we found our dress, we each got to put it on to see how it looked. I would definitely return in the future!!
I visited Pure Bridal as a bridesmaid today and was SO IMPRESSED. Their entire team is so helpful. They made the experience a complete blast! They found us the perfect dresses to compliment the bride in the best way. Will definitely be recommending Pure Bridal to friends and family ���

Even though I didn't end up purchasing my dress at Pure Bridal, I have to share how wonderful the experience was. I worked with Andrea, and she was so sweet and listened to what I was looking for while respecting my budget. The selection of gowns is fantastic and the prices are among the most reasonable I've seen. I feel a little bad about not being a Pure Bridal bride, but they are amazing and I recommend them to any bride I meet!
Disappointed in the customer service. We were trying on bridesmaids dresses and she was very rude to us girls and didn't help much. They put us in one room and expected us to get in and out of dresses quickly and we felt rushed. She was very impersonal and treated us as if we were not worth her time. I have never seen so much disrespect from someone who is supposed to make this moment special. Disappointed.
Had a wonderful time at Pure Bridal. All places have pretty gowns.... but Pure Bridal has an amazing atmosphere, a super selection, and commendable customer service. They are top notch and aim to please the bride. Thanks girls for an awesome experience today!
We shopped for bridesmaid dresses today - 3 of us were 45 mins late due to car trouble- for an hour appointment. I very much appreciated the staff helping the two who got there on time get started - measured, pulling dresses, and taking pictures so the other three of us could look on the way there. I am so happy I decided to go to Pure Bridal. The ladies who helped me were amazing and nothing but nice! I found my dress the first time I went. I literally at tears in my eyes. It's beautiful. I am so excited for my day and Pure bridal made it happen.
I found my perfect wedding dress here! Megan was so helpful and sweet! She has been so great to work with and look forward to working with her and their staff for all my wedding dress needs! Highly recommend them!
