We had a pretty great experience at Pure Bridal! The only reasons I cannot give it a full five is because the second time we went in to try on dresses we felt like the gal attending us wasn’t nearly as personable and we had some issues gaining a color swatch of the bridesmaid dresses. The first time we stopped by to try on dresses Andrea helped us and she was such a kind and helpful person! I had so much fun at my appointment with Ashlyn! She is a total sweetheart, and she knows her stuff! I was nervous about having a consultant at first because I didn't know how I'd feel being someone's Barbie doll, but Ashlyn put my nerves at ease with her personable spirit and professional attitude. She found the dress of my dreams and was just as excited as my mom and bridesmaids were when I said "yes" to the dress. DO NOT GO THERE! I was told that my bridesmaids would get 20% off their dresses if we shopped there. When I told them I was going to have 4 they said I would only get 10% off and 5 or more bridesmaids would get 20% off. They were much easier to work with when they are trying to sell you their dresses! When it comes to getting them in they are LATE! They are not willing to work with you at all!
Oh my gosh where do I even begin?? First walking into the bridal salon i absolutely LOVE the whole look and atmosphere of the place. It's very cute! & the huge gorgeous mirrors for every bride to look into is just stunning. I had an amazing girl help me try on dresses her name was Bre. I never once felt pressured to hurry or to pick a certain type of dress. She was incredibly helpful in listening to what I wanted and didn’t want.
