I waited in the er with a iv in my hand in the waiting room over twelve hours last night and finally left . Never saw a doctor . There was no since in waiting that long. They need a massive overhaul on there way of doing things
Went in yesterday for a colonoscopy. The endoscopy staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. McDuffie was awesome.
We had a wonderful experience. The nursing staff was phenomenal! From the surgical nurses to PACU to the floor nurses and techs they were all attentive, caring, friendly, and extremely competent.
They took extremely to long my baby had a bead stuck up her nose and we've been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours got there between 11:30pm and 12 n didnt get home until 3am smh.

I was feeling so bad sat Their for 5 hours with out being seen in so much pain some lady in the back came out and told me she was their for 8 hours fall asleep and still ain't seen no doctor so I left in the pain I was in
ER needs to not be a doctor's office for stupid visits. Other than that, staff is friendly and professional.
My husband had surgery. Dr Pinto is wonderful! All staff and caregivers have been AWESOME! They have done an excellent job!
