Had to make a visit to the Emergency Department this morning after my dad fell and cut his forehead. Everyone from the receptionist who greeted us at the door, to the young woman who registered him, the nurses, Chief and Nichole and the CT tech, were great! Dr Wernsman especially, made a very worrisome situation bearable with his calming demeanor and expertise. Thank you very much for taking such great care of my dad!
I went there for heart problems. While the staff seemed caring and compassionate, they were also absent a lot in the ER. I also had to ask to be fed. I got to the ER around 11 AM and it was after 10 PM before they put me in a room and I was told immediately that I was being admitted.
I took my wife to the ER for sharp pains, nausea, and throwing up. We sat there waiting for over 2 1/2 hours as new patients came in was seen and left. We got up and left the ER to go to Colonial urgent care.
The surgical staff and Dr. P saved my husband's life! Thank You!!!!

My brother was taken by ambulance to the ER unconscious with a gand-mal seizure. No one from the hospital contacted anyone…not me or his local counselor. After about a day and a half of being "out" finally he awoke. He was still in his soiled bloody close from having hit the side walk when he fell. The bed was wet. I have been to this hospital multiple times over the years. I have stayed in many different parts. My two boys were born at tuomey. I came to the ER this morning haveing trouble breathing. I was brought in on the ambulance. Everyone I saw while I was there from the two paramedics who brought me in, all the way down to the orderly who stocked my room with fresh sheets and gowns. They always take forever to call you in the back and why is people that come in after get seen before you next time I'll just drive to Columbia or Florence
