Had Surgery at the OSC recently. Being an employee I knew I would be taken good care of, but WOW. I was blown away by everyone's kindness and how great they all were. I walked through the doors scared to death, but every person who helped care for me went above and beyond and quickly put my fears to ease. I would like to say that I am totally impressed with the experience my family had with Tuomey. My son had a procedure done in the OSC on Tuesday. Every staff member we encountered was polite and accommodating. On Wednesday we got a phone call checking on my son and making sure he was ok. Today I checked the mail and we recieved a hand written thank you note from all the nurses and staff members we came in contact with while at Tuomey.
