I think that palmetto health Tourney is a great hospital the people there are very caring and friendly very I was great with respect and I'm also an employee great place to work I enjoy my job love doing what I do to keep our work place spotless and our patience safe and the best care possible
They misdiagnose my daughter said she had a viral infection turn out it was an Allergic reaction to some lotion. They need a pediatrician or 2 on call if they don't know crap about kids health and STOP MISDIAGNOSING people's kids. THEY ARE A HUGE JOKE!!!!!!!!
I took my husband to have an MRI on his neck yesterday. The whole experience was easy. From the check in clerk to the MRI technician, everyone was pleasant and helpful. We thought the procedure would be longer and were concerned about the amount of pain my husband would be in lying so still for so long. But he was in and out in 15 minutes and the technician, John, was very compassionate.
Went to the ER at 2pm, due to fever,chills and body pain, by 9pm, still was sitting in the Lobby,asked the nurse how long more, she said around 3am before I will be seen....I just asked to discharge me!!!
Day surgery staff was awesome yesterday! Much better than out trip to ER 3 weeks ago. Although that issue was addressed! Hopefully those kinks will work out eventually.
Poor service! The ER is At least a 5 hour wait! Very unprofessional! I will never go back here!
My dad is in the hospital, he's receiving excellent care.
I received excellent care as a patient at Palmetto Health Tuomey yesterday! The staff was the best and it made for a pleasant experience! Thank you all for what you do!!!
