First time ever critical emergency with my 18 yr old daughter. They were super friendly and helpful. Also, professional and courteous.
I had outpatient surgery on Wednesday and Thursday I started having uncontrollable pain and fever. I called my doctor and he said for me to go to the ER and have them call him and he would give them admitting orders. Sat there for 3 hours while patients were going back for ear infection, have stitches removed, etc....I went to the desk( crying and my nose bleeding) and asked how much longer it would take because I was in pain really bad. Lady told me I wasn't severe enough and it could take up to 3 more hours. That was BS if... read more
EVERY time I have to take my kids to the ER it's ALWAYS a very long frustrating long waiting on the lobby... I understand is a busy place but even when they haven't been busy we still have to wait a long time before we can be seeing by the doctor... Staff treatment however is wonderful... Is just the waiting... And feeling miserable and sick no one should have to wait 5hrs!!! To be seeing by a doctor...
