The O.R. Nursing staff for Dr.Hanz where amazing and helped me get through my anxiety before, during and after my surgery !! Big thank you to Dr.Hanz for removing the tumor on my hand !! To all the nursing staff in the outpatient surgery office , you are awesome and thank you for making my experience less stressful, your amazing !!
I was with my 10 year old for 4 hours in the waiting room and no one wa sable to do nothing about it.. my son was in so much pain and has to wait 4 hours in the waiting room before he was able to get seen.. ridiculous!!
They had put my chart at the bottom yesterday and I came back to them with the same problem I had Sunday the only way they will really actually pay attention to you if you drop dead on the floor
I was in a car wreck my car was destroyed I only waited maybe 20 min and was called back I was in a lot of pain from my seatbelt.they did a great job calming me. Did all the test I needed I was fine just bruised and banged up. Dr said it'll get worse before I got better. The er people were kind and very gentle moving me around. I have no complaints.
They got me in and out in no time the people were very friendly and helpful
