Today I came with my 3 year old daughter. She had a high temp, bad cough, runny nose and complaints that her throat and ears hurt. Didnt have to wait to go to the back and wasn't long before the doctor came in. The problem was after that I waited amost two hours and ask for an update from a nurse twice. They stated that they were awaiting some results from a test that was NEVER done. My family was in a car accident and was taking from the accident transported by ambulance to the hospital and we got there at 1:00 pm and they did not do an x-ray on my 4yr old son till 9:00pm that night to find out he had two broke bones in his arm... Needless to say he laid there in pain for 8 hours before they finally did anything.... I'm a new resident of SC and can tell you no that hospital is one of the worst I have ever delt with...
THEY NEED AN ENTIRE NEW ROUTINE FOR THE ER!!! ITS EXTREMELY SLOW! I GET SOME ILLNESSES ARE WORST THAN OTHERS, BUG PAIN IS PAIN! PLEASE FIND A BETTER WAY TO GET PEOPLE SEEN, IN & OUT!!
Had a great experience. Got admitted for acute pancreatitis and a gall bladder problem. Had to have it removed. All the doctors and staff were wonderful. Dina was my nurse during the day twice. Will and Krystal were nights. They were all great. Dr Sonny Jones did my surgery and was very informative and answered all my questions.
