They r very good here and the service is wonderful. Thanks for takin care of my husband. While he is here
I felt like I had to stay on top of them with my mother's care. Customer service was not the best along with general care and concern for the patient. As a nurse myself I was greatly disappointed with this hospital stay.
Went yesterday. Arrived at 8:30 was triaged immediately where they saw my BP was 217/98. Was sent to lobby. Was called to room at 12:45. BP was then 175/98. Was swabbed for flu and strep and sent back to lobby. At 4:45 was called back again. Told me my chest x-ray looked great (didn't have a chest x-ray) and that I must just have a cold. Turned around and went to McLeod Health Clarendon, was immediately seen, immediately triaged, placed in a room and given a chest x-ray. I have pneumonia...... do better tuomey!!!
Labor and delivery is special when the one RN is on shift. Have had two grandchildren in the last two weeks. This lady changes the entire atmosphere. Wish I had her name. 1st shift. Middle aged lady. Thank you, without you the humanity at Toumey is lost.
The staff was friendly even though it seemed they were running a marathon. The wait time was a bit much as we were there for 6 hours for a serve sprain. The young lady trying to keep the ER waiting room clean struggled by herself especially with it being packed but kept on working with a smile on her face. Over all it wasn't too bad.
