It was ok. Waited an hour only to be told i can't be seen.
One of the worst experiences I've had in any hospital(minus the VA). The ladies at the front, the triage nurse as well as the fast track doctor were the only ones who showed they cared and were polite. The doctor who saw me in the back was very rude upon me asking about other options instead of being transferred to Columbia(which I later agreed to). And upon arriving at Richland I received the exact care I knew I would(careless and misdiagnoses as well as extremely waiting times)! I will never return to the any Palmetto Heal... read more
It was so much better in the ER than 6 months ago.
You wait forever to be see i was there at 2p.m left at 10 p.m there was pregnant girl that had been there since 10 am she finally got seen at 730pm . They really need to work on getting ppl seen .
I wouldn't recommend this hospital to no one. I brought my daughter to the ER at at 10:30 been here for 3 hours until they called her back. A couple who brought their child in like 1 something an wasn't here for an hour and got called back before my daughter. I think that was so unfair. Poor service. I will not be coming back!!!
My experience is with my daughter who had her baby there. The staff and Midwife Jaime are fabulous. I can't complain about any of the nurses they are very caring knowledgable women. The hospital however is the dirtiest hospital I have ever been to. The bathrooms are disgusting, the family waiting room is dirty. The furniture in the rooms old dirty and uncomfortable. I sat in the er for 7 hours only to sit in the back for 8 more I think I seen the dr once and a nurse twice out out 8 hours are u for real never again will I go back
