Prime Time stranded me at LAX in the middle of the night. They refuse to do anything to compensate me and they even cancelled my shuttle without notifying me because they just didn't have a shuttle available. They are horrible, they have stranded me in the middle of the night, and they will not do anything about it. WORST SHUTTLE EVER, you should be ashamed of yourself, Prime Time.

If there was a rating less than 1, I would double click on it. Prime Time is awful, lack in customer service skills, and definitely not punctual. With an existing reservation, I was left standing at the prime time shuttle post for 45 minutes after my flight. Needless to say, the guy that checked me in, didn't seem to have any sense of urgency and made me feel as if this was normal for their service. First time and last time with Prime Time. This was my first experience using a ride-sharing van to get home from LAX (and last). After waiting an hour to just get in the van we slowly circled and stopped at the airport 3 times waiting for passengers to fill the van. The van did not get out of the airport until 3 HOURS after my reservation time and not get home until 5 hours after landing at LAX. The ride-sharing concept at LAX is not a great one but a last resort for the money conscious consumer. Yes it cost me only $35 and a private van would of costs $85 ... so sa... read more

What a crap service arrive on time at LAX after a 30 minute wait checked with attendant that stated again it will only be a few minutes. 45 minutes later board van (615) then had to do 2 trips around LAX as the driver missed a passenger. West Hollywood via Beverley Hills driver drop a passenger at wrong hotel and a 20 minute detour/backtrack 1845 depart Beverly Hills. Stop signs driven through and red lights put you foot down. Do Not Book unless you want to be stressed and late for your flight! Reserved a shuttle from Irvine to Long beach airport (LGB). The reservation was for pick up at 11:55am. Problem #1. They internally moved the pick up time to 12:15 pm without notifying us. #2. Driver arrived 12:40 pm. That's 25 minutes late!! #3. There is yet another pick up after! Delayed another 25 minutes. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!

Booked a private can to pick us up. They were over 30 minutes late from the time they were supposed to pick us up at the airport. Talked to their office and they didn't care and were not helpful. Don't recommend using them.

Very disappointed. Got an email from Prime Time today advertising a 15% discount for a round trip fare. I made the reservation thinking it would get applied at check out. It did not. So, I called and was told the discount did not apply to Private Vans, which is what I booked. I escalated this to a supervisor and they said they could not give me the discount. So, they offered to just refund me the full amounts, at least, which I took. The problem here is that this is "false advertisement". If this is a stipulation regarding p... read more

Hey Jesus, I apologize for the confusion. On the newsletter we sent out, it says " 7.5% off one-way shared ride, and 15% off round-trip shared ride" in the third paragraph in bold print. I apologize again for the confusion.

Worst service ever. They let me know my reservation for 5 am had changed while I was sleeping causing me to end up missing my ride from them. They made little to no effort to make things right except by saying I could gladly pay for another ride myself. Will never be using this service again. I would rather hitch hike. 0 stars if it were option. One star because its the minimum. Thanks for making me miss my flight.
