I hv bn using them for our organization for a while n so far every1 enjoyed d ride. So what's d fuss.
Not really sure what the fuss is about. My shuttle service was just fine! Pickup from LAX was great and back to the airport was also great. It was actually 10 minutes early, which was perfect and the driver even called to let me know they were outside of the hotel. I will definitely reuse prime time next time I'm in CA!

Well I wish I read these reviews before I booked with this company. It's 12:30am New Years Day and I am stranded at LAX after traveling for the past 14 hours because my shuttle never showed up. After giving the benefit of the doubt and waiting half an hour, I finally call and am told "oh sorry we overbooked there's no can to get you." No offer of another vehicle, any other help, not even a sincere apology. Be very careful! They tell you they take debit/credit cards, but when you get to your destination, the driver says, "Cash only". When I pulled out my phone to call a supervisor at Prime Time, all of sudden he remembers he can manually type in my cc # on his iPad. That was not happening, so had to have the driver take my husband to an ATM and then didn't want to give him a receipt. Finally gave the receipt, but I don't believe he kept a copy. Very sketchy.
I would never use it again. My flight was delayed and I knew that for less than 6 hours prior to the reservation time because well, it was a short flight. 6 hours prior sometimes is too much to ask for because who know if the flight got delayed in the last minute. Yeah, according to the policy, I cannot receive refund. Then when I used the live chat and told them about the delay, they said that they would pick me up after I arrive in Ontario. Worst Shuttle Service in the Universe!
Worst shuttle service! Their office screwed up our reservation and now we're stuck at the airport, won't get picked up unless we pay again. Do not use this company! At this point we'll get home faster if we walk! I'm only giving 1 star because I can't give 0!!
