scheduled for 7am pick up. Rec'd text that pick up time was changed to 6:45am. At 4am in the morning I rec'd this text" your 7am pick up has been rescheduled to 7am". Kind of confusing. Rec'd call from driver at 7:05am saying he was running behind and he will be there in 5 minutes. He arrived at 7:25am. WOW!! Outside of van was filthy.
I have used this service twice in the last four months and have been very satisfied. However, having read these terrible reviews, I am now afraid to use the service again.

We had two excellent experiences using Prime Time Shuttle. The first was prepaid by phone to take seven passengers and twelve bags of luggage to LAX. The driver called when he was ten minutes from our home. He loaded all of us and our bags efficiently and drove us safely to the airport. The second time was on our return home. First time user, very disappointed to read all the awful reviews. I'm being totally honest, the service was good. Timely pick up, both ways. Vans were really clean. Debbie was really pleasant to talk to on the way to the ride from the airport to the hotel. Driver on the return trip was quiet, but he got us to the airport in great time. I was very impressed, and would definitely recommend Prime Time.

The timeliness of both drivers (from the airport and back to the airport) was right on time. The vehicle used to get us from the airport to destination was a rattletrap. The driver scared me to death more than once during our trip. On the other hand, our return to the airport, we had a very nice, personable driver, a much better, cleaner vehicle, and much more pleasant ride. Worst ever. Called this morning to make sure we were good to be picked up at LAX. Told we were good to go. 25 minutes at curb have to call company. Takes 15 minutes to get an agent. Wait another 5 and told they don't have a can for us......still waiting for a shared ride.
