After some bad experiences with "the other guys", we decided to try Prime Time. They were on time, one of the problems we had faced with the competition. We'll be recommending Prime Time to friends and family.
I have used Prime Time Shuttle twice for round trip rides to John Wayne Airport from my home in Mission Viejo. They picked me up at my house right on time both times. I did have to wait about 30 minutes on the return trip. That's why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. That said, the outbound flight is more important than the return trip. If you are late getting to the airport, you can miss your flight. If you are 30 minutes late going home, who really cares? My driver arrived a little late, but not too much, and provided great service. Good thing, because I was never able to reach Prime Time by phone when I landed. I was put on hold for 10 minutes, and finally hung up. I was waiting on hold again when my driver appeared!

This was my first time using Prime Time. The service was excellent. i was picked up at home exactly on time and went directly to LAX. Upon my return to LAX I waited not even 5 min. until pick-up and went directly home. It was the best shuttle experience I've ever had. Thanks.
Well I may not be in as big a hurry as some folks but I have used Prime 'time many times and the service has been just fine. Some times there is a delay but I expect that. If you dont like the service park your car in the lot and prepare to pay big money.
I've been using this service for years and never had a problem. They are always on time and courteous. Wait time at the airport is less than 20 minutes, most times waiting on me to arrive.

Our prime time shuttle service was excellent. We had an infant, 2 children, and five adults. Pick up and drop off was great. Drivers were very pleasant and helpful. Van was clean. They even texted and called us on our return trip as a reminder. They were on time for both trips. I would recommend them to everyone. It made traveling in Southern Calif so much easier and less stressful. I find only the people with problems usually respond to these surveys. First time user. I booked the morning of online. Received confirmation online and a reminder some time afterward to confirm all details of the reservation and where and how to modify or edit if needed. Received a surprise email notification and reminder some two hours prior to indicate the reservation and how to track the vehicle picking me up.
