Our pickup time was too early. We arrived at Long Beach Airport at least 15 minutes before the airline personnel started work. Also the survey didn't let me post any comments to explain this problem.
I don't fly often but when i do, i call Prime Time Shuttle. They have always been professional. If you want one positive suggestion, the Rep at the airport could've greeted with a smile to be welcoming but he was on it. Our flight was early getting in and he got a van within a few minutes. Great job!
We booked the shuttle for a round trip from my home to ONT Airport. My only complaint was the length of wait time to reach an agent to book the trip. I had to call twice and had to wait approximately 20 mins each time to speak to an agent. Otherwise the trip was expected. The driver was on time for the trip to the airport and was waiting for us when the plane arrived when we returned.
Best shuttle ride I ever got. I booked it 5 hours before pick up, it was much cheaper than "Super Shuttle" I had used before but would not book me on short notice, driver was on time, courteous, I slept the whole way, he got me there early and I tipped him $10 I was so pleased! If they keep it up? They got a customer for life!
Always on time for 8 years I have used them. Sometimes a 15 to 45 minute wait if taking the shuttle from the airport to my destination. If you need immediate pickup pay the extra money and hire a private car/driver. After all it is a "shuttle van" not private limo. Seats are comfortable, vans in good condition, drivers sometimes rely too much on GPS, but that's the world today. 1st time we used Prime Time. Was picked up on time. There wasn't any other passengers so we got to Burbank at 545am. Flight was 8am. Flight home was delayed and the shuttle waited for us. Was nice to get home promptly. Will definitely use service again
I rated it a three star only because the drivers were very polite and showed up on time. On our trip we experienced a family emergency and had to change our flight and pick up arrangements. I tried four separate times to contact the company each time experiencing extremely long hold times only to be hung up on! When I tried the fifth time at the airport before our flight took off I experienced a very rude person on the other end who kept putting me on hold to the tune of 32 minutes. We've used Prime Time in the past and again for our most recent trip to LAX and back. The pick up was on time and our driver was very professional and friendly. For our return trip from the airport we were 30 minutes late due to our baggage claim had delays. When we finally arrived at the Prime Time pick up site, we were pleasantly surprised that a van was quickly available and we left shortly afterwards. Our driver was very good and we will definitely use Prime Time again.
STAY AWAY!!! I've been using these guys for years but enough is enough! After a 12 hour flight I was supposed to be picked up at 7:20. Till 8am there was no one at the station to get me into one of the vans. I called customer service and I was on hold for 20 minutes just to be hanged up be the rep. Use the Blue Van instead or Uber, much nicer experience!
