I only use Prime Time price is good and service is excellent.
Prime Time was a great service. The driver was prompt and very helpful. Especially when we almost left a bag behind! He was extremely nice and made sure we got to our flights on time.Will definitely use Prime Time again.
This was my first experience with Prime Time Shuttle and it was excellent. My husband and I arrived at LAX and was met by the driver he was very courteous and an excellent driver. On our return trip we had another driver who was just as friendly and helpful as the first. What we really thought was great was the fact that they texted and email me changes as well as sent a gps tracker showing where the driver was in regards to my pickup! Love the technology that was used! I would definitely use Prime Time Shuttle again!!!

Service was great & so were your drivers. But your telephone service is THE WORST I have ever used. I waited 25 minutes the first time & just gave up, another 15 the second time & left a message & number that no one returned, & finally got through the 3rd time after 10 minutes. The guy on the phone seemed annoyed & was short with me. Need lots of improvement here since this is the only phone number made available for service.

My booking was quick and easy. My flight was late and my shuttle waiting for me. So nice to get right in the van as I exit the airport and straight home.
We've been using Prime Time for many years. I can only remember one really bad experience. All the others are good. Some drivers are better than others, some vans better than others, some drivers friendlier than others. Sometimes, they schedule our pick up time too early to suit us, We've been to the airport so early the airlines weren't even open yet for check in. If there is such a thing as negative 5 stars I would rate prime time shuttle as such. Traumatic horrible experience with them. I flew in from DFW to LAX on time, got my luggage within 5 minutes- thinking I'll be home in no time! I walk over to the prime time shuttle stop and the guy in 'red' hat could barely locate my reservation on his iPad. When he finally does, he tells me to wait.
