Drivers are great and the value for your money is excellent.
First time user - very satisfied - would definitely use again! Although I paid a fair for a shared van, I actually had the van all to myself.
I'm sorry that I forgot to ask the driver his name. We needed to make an unscheduled stop and he didn't complain . He was excellent
Useful to take the shuttle - I have taken it a number of times. Word to the wise - the shuttle usually comes early. Check your text messages before it comes - although that may be hard to do at 4 or 5 in the morning when you first get up. I was just out of the shower - the shuttle came 30 minutes early. The text message I had evidently gotten earlier that morning (had not seen it yet) was that it would be 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. I was the last pickup so maybe that's why it was so early?
Online reservation was quick and easy; inexpensive rates. Did not receive any communication prior to pickup; van was late.
Great customer service and an inexpensive way to get to airport without having to drive and pay for parking. Definitely will use again. Loved the student discount!
Won't have the chance to use Prime Time often, but will again next time.

Easy to follow instructions when we arrived at the airport. Found our shuttle person right away. Pick up at the motel when leaving we had no communication. We waited in front of our hotel with our bags and sure enough they were there right on time. Will definitely use again
