Our trip to LAX was comfortable and efficient. We knew the driver from previous trips. He continues to be an excellent representative of Prime Time Shuttle. He was prompt, courteous, and very affable. Great Job!
Great service and the driver was so pleasant and excited about a new baby coming that I tipped him again, even though I had already included a tip on line. Made my trip home really enjoyable.
As always, the driver showed up on time for my pickup and I made it to ONT with plenty of time to relax with a cup of coffee prior to my flight's departure. Online reservation made the night before and the whole process went through without any problems. A great way to start my trip.
My ride to LAX was on time and the driver was excellent! He was very professional and took pride in his job. I will use Prime Time again!
Prime Time couldn't have been any better-waiting for us as we got off the plane and again waiting for us at the hotel for the ride back to the airport.
We used Prime Time Shuttle for a Missions Team heading to LAX. Great communication email and text. The shuttle arrived early for our-pick. Mike was our driver and he has great customer service skills - courteous and professional. We're already scheduled to use them for our return trip, and will use them again.
Okay, so I wish I could rate Prime Time better because I used them years ago and they were the best. We checked in with the Prime Time agent at about 10:50am outside the Delta arrivals. My reservation was scheduled for 11am. We were told to take a seat and our van would be coming. Our destination was the cruise terminal in San Pedro. I had a relatively good experience once the shuttle arrived...but I have some constructive comments. I contacted the night previous (very helpful live chat) and my pickup time was changed to 2.10pm (from 2.25pm), and I received a text on the morning of my flight to confirm. I was ready and waiting at 1.55pm therefore, since their is a 15 minute "grace" period. However, the ride didn't show up until 2.45pm - over half-an hour late. We made reservations for transportation from Long Beach Pier to LAX. Not having used this company before we were not sure what to expect. Although we were earlier than our reservation, they accommodated us in a reasonable time and all went well. The driver was courteous and friendly, and took care of all our luggage in a timely and courteous manner. The van was a little worn, but not unduly so, and served our purposes well, at a reasonable cost. We would definitely use this service again.
