My experience with Prime Time shuttle was excellent , the driver was on time (even a bit early ) the change in pick up time was emailed to me as well as they tried to call me at my hotel but I had already checked out .The driver was very courteous , we did have a delay picking up someone else(20 min) who was late getting ready , turned out to be an older , blind lady , so we forgave her :) the driver was very patient with her and I got to the airport with more than plenty time left for my flight My only criticism would be th... read more
Awfull service! Still at airport waiting for my shuttle. WHERE THE &$@%^¥£ IS MY SHUTTLE?
Pick up from LAX was 50 minutes late with no advice. Customer service was poor as they did not reply to emails or return calls. When overseas it is too expensive to stay on hold and wait! The vans were ok but did sound like they needed new suspension bushes and ball joints etc. The first driver was polite and provided good customer service although being late! The second driver was excellent, arrived 20 minutes early and was friendly and professional and got us to LAX in the expected time.

Perfect timing, perfect ride, great driver (can't remember his name but he should get a raise as he is an asset to the company!!) Will definitely book future shuttles!
I have used Prime Time Shuttle for two flights now. I had no recommendations I just picked a random one that sounded good the first time. I was very impressed and recommended Prime Time to others visiting LAX and needing airport transportation. The driver has always been on time, very courteous and can get me to the airport in good time. I have enjoyed Prime Time Shuttle, I will continue using them plus recommend them to others.
This was the first experience with Prime Time. I thought they were AWESOME!!! I received emails confirming my reservation and follow up emails when my pick up day arrived. They were on time to pick us up both ways. The vans were clean and both drivers were courteous and friendly. I will definitely use this company again. : )
Everything was fine - driver was on time etc. My only complaint is that they were not clear on where to get picked up when we got back to the airport after our trip. We spent forever on hold and then finally figured out when they said "Turn right when you exit baggage claim" they meant "Turn right and walk for 5 minutes, then meet with the coordinator!" driver on time to the minute, fast on other pick ups, needed to be at LAX at 6:45 am, got there 6:34 am.
As a 42 year travel consultant I have used the services of Prime Time when possible, and do recommend this serve to my clients. Prime Time did an excellent job handling our transportation home from the Port of L.A. on September 20th. The curb side representative was quite courteous and quickly got us to our van, loaded our bags and the driver got us home quickly and safely.
