My mother and stepfather were arriving at LAX and my sister was not able to pick them up because of a medical emergency. Given their age, we didn't feel comfortable having the two try to obtain transport after an exhausting seven hour flight from Florida. Excellent service for trip to Burbank Airport. Easy to book, timely reminders, ontime pickup, friendly and safe driver--everything worked well.
On the departure leg of my trip, the driver was courteous and on time. There was construction at the airport and the traffic was backing up and very slow, he asked the customers in the bus if anyone had any inconveniences in being dropped-off on the arrival area instead of departure (Upper level LAX) and all the customers were happy. Two Marriott Hotels in the same town. Despite it being clearly designated, the driver took me to "the address he was given," which was the wrong one. I had plenty of time so wasn't late for my meeting, but the mistake could have been disastrous. The driver wasn't happy, either. Not a great experience.
