The shuttle arrived a few minutes early, so we were on our way with plenty of time to spare. The service to the airport was great!
We were not sure about finding a shuttle being from out-of-state and have heard horror stories from friends, but our experience with Prime Time Shuttle was outstanding! The shuttle was on time, text communication kept us updated as to trip progress en-route to us, the driver was friendly courteous, the van was clean and fresh (even though every seat was filled) and the trip time right on schedule. Thank you so much for a job well done.
I use Primetime almost every month. I have appreciated Primetime, in that they are reliable and generally quite punctual, and, so far, I have been shuttled to my destinations safely, if not always timely. I don't care much for shuttle driving, particularly when the driver is somebody who thinks that to drive one must always have his foot on the gas or the brake (my stomach doesn't like it). I never used a shuttle service before so was a little concerned. However, I didn't need to be. The driver picked us up before the time they said they would arrive (this is good in my book) and we were at the airport by the time we needed to be. On our return, we met the Prime Time rep outside baggage claim and within 10 minutes a shuttle arrived to take us home. The seats were a little close, but hey, it was just a ride to the airport. I am overall very pleased.
Based on my many experiences with Prime Time Shuttle, I would highly recommend it to everyone.From making a reservation, to the friendly professional drivers, and the courteous reminders and updates. I can count on Prime Time Shuttle for a relaxing start and finish to any event.
Prime Time Shuttle has the best service in the business. Reasonably priced, great service, timely and courteous drivers. #1 hands down
I've used prime time shuttle several times recently and really should learn the lesson... Worse drivers in the world. On this trip, got lost twice, nearly died a couple times. Not the drivers fault in fault in fairness, this can only appears to do 70mph or stand still! Don't risk it, consistently dangerous!

WARNING, Thieves are out this Christmas and Prime Time Shuttle will steal your money. You book and pay on line and they won’t turn up. They will then NOT refund your money. It cost me an extra $57 dollars to then get a taxi from Long Beach cruise terminal to LAX. They get a kick out of ruining people’s holiday. You have been warned
I always make reservations with Prime Time when I am flying. They are reasonably priced, efficient and professional. I highly recommend them!
