Excellent customer service and having a great driver is a plus.
You guys are the worst shuttle experience I've ever had. Only SuperShuttle from now on...
Everything was good, but we had to wait about 25 minuets for pick up.

Wow..... Shuttle was 15 min late.... Waited a while longer to pack the van FULL... Ride is just shy of 30 minutes shorter than my flight from Dallas. Not looking forward to the trip back. :(
Mark was my driver from Long Beach to John Wayne Airport. Keep in mind: I was getting over a cold and very easily made cold. The sun was shining on Mark the entire ride. Throughout the entire 20-minute ride, he was kind enough to keep adjusting the temperature so I would not be too cold and he would not be burning up in the van. In this, he was quite thoughtful and professional.
The pick up in Redondo Beach was perfect. Driver was most helpful with all the luggage and got us to LAX on time. Our return pick-up at LAX was a little more complicated. More specific directions as to where the shuttle would be would have been helpful and avoided the 1/2 hour wait while the shuttle was waiting for us in the shuttle area. Driver again, was very helpful with luggage and got us home at about 1:00 am. We would definitely use this shuttle again. Both shuttles were clean and in good repair.
What I'm looking for is a clean, maintained van with a driver that safely gets me to my destination for a better price than their competitor. My ride with Prime Time yesterday met all my expectations.
I recently booked a private shuttle for 8 people to get from a private residence to Carnival Cruise Line. The van was fine, driver was good, and thanks to easy traffic, we arrived easily. The pickup from the boat dock went smoothly, and a van was available when we arrived. This worked out well since we disembarked early. I did notice a difference in the van quality, though. Worst Service Ever from Scott. Our reservation pick up from LAX to our guest house was handled smoothly. Our driver was Scott. He gave us his card and said that he would agree to take us back to the airport and we should just give him a call directly. We did call the driver SCOTT to pick us up to take us back to the airport on the 18th of December to LAX. We had arranged for him to pick us up at 7AM.
