Our shuttles (booked round trip to Catalina Express "station") were timely and drivers were pleasant. My experience with calling customer service was fine, but I had tried using the "chat" option online twice before that - one time it worked well and the second time it didn't work at all because the person I was assigned to "chat" with never said anything besides: "one moment please". After a 10 minute wait, I gave up and called. I would use their service again.
Great first experience with Prime Time Shuttle. Driver was most courteous and polite, pick-up was within allotted time frame, and he gave information about how many pick-ups yet to go. Traffic was moving nicely all the way to airport...not in his control, I know, but it adds to the rating and comfort of my mental and physical state in trusting others to get me to the airport. I suspect that the company checks traffic reports and adjusts pick-up times accordingly.
We had a great experience. Great value, half the price of the Carnival Shuttle. Because of construction we had about a 100 yard walk.
Both ways to the airport were on time and perfect. The drivers were cordial and friendly and were a pleasure to ride with. I would encourage anyone to use this service.
Super quick pickup, ended up arriving more than 40 minutes early from the estimated arrival time. From LAX to Buena Park hotels, you can't beat the $15 fare. That's less than half of what SuperShuttle wanted to charge one way. Will always use them to head towards the Anaheim/Buena Park area!
The pick up was prompt, the driver very professional and courteous. There were 4 other people heading to Disneyland. Service was excellent

We used this service to and from our cruise and they were incredible! I had my Grandma with us and she has a walker and had a hard time getting up the step into the van but the driver was very helpful. I'm so grateful for people that take time and are so thoughtful. Thanks!
Use them, they are very reliable. They picked me up on time, both at the hotel and dock.
