I have been using prime time shuttle for 3 years now to commute to LAX. Excellent customer service and I always reach the destination much ahead of the estimated arrival time through Prime time Shuttle. The vehicles are usually very clean and the rides are smooth.

This was the first time using a car service in LA - I'd call on these people again in a heartbeat! Incredibly prompt, very reliable, and seriously well-organized! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing reliable transportation in the LA area.
Our plane was late but Prime Time had ample shuttles so we had no wait time. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, driver was competent, and the vans were newer and clean. Would definitely use them again.
The service was great, picked us up early and it was a smooth ride to LAX. Upon our return, the two vans were waiting for us even though our flight was delayed. The drivers were super nice and got us home quickly. I would highly recommend your shuttle.

They picked me up at the airport, took me to my hotel in Anaheim, and picked me up at the hotel and took me to the airport. The price is great and saved my driving family from going into LAX. The circle around LAX was a bit of time wasted, but I was warmed that it would happen so I can not complain They were a few delays ( but I got texts telling me what was going on) in picking me up at the hotel for transport back to the LAX, but I was there well before I needed to be for boarding . The process for making a reservation was easy. Shuttle immediately available at LAX. I paid on line, including gratuity, so didn't have the opportunity to use the $3 coupon from the LA RE Congress. Was surprised when the driver wanted me to fish through my things to find the coupon - not to save me money but to net him a bigger tip!
