We had to rush to the Lax and the driver was very considerate on getting us there on time for our fright. We had 4 of us and lots of luggage and he handled it very well. Mahalo from Hawaii
The only criticism I really have is that I was originally told the shuttle to San Pedro would arrive in 15-20 minutes but it was more like 40. Fortunately that wasn't critical for me but it was annoying. The others I talked to while waiting seemed to have the same story, it was long than they expected to wait.

Good driver, pretty good van, good and courteous driving, got us to San Pedro Doubletree quickly. Only problem is the person on the phone misdirected us exiting baggage claim at LAX. Telling the pickup coordinator/dispatcher is by door xx, whatever it is would have been much better.
So far so good ! Both times I used your service the driver was on time and kept me posted when he picked me up for the ride to the airport. Nice men, very polite and helpful. The van was clean. The driving was well done. The pick up to go home was a bit slower, but then if you could get more customers we would a quicker start. I got home safely. I would use your service again.
I use these guys every time that I come to L.A. Never have a problem.
This shuttle was a great way to get to LAX when I didn't want to bother anyone to drive me there themselves. My only complaint is they did not have the correct address for the hotel I was staying at, and they were 10 minutes early and expected that I was ready even though they were early. I would have appreciated if they had told me there was a possibility that they would be early so I could have been more ready.
The ride was very economical. We did have to wait for a while and then drove around the airport another time but okay once we got going. The van became pretty packed but fortunately we were the first to be let off.
was ontime and fast. they overestimated the amount of time to get to LAX but it is LA.
Had wonderful drivers especially on my return trip home!!! Thank you for the service!!!!
