pick up great for home and the dock at Long Beach.. Home was Rancho CUCAMONGA .Drivers very nice.
Arrived early from a long overseas trip but Prime Time was right outside and able to get me on the next shuttle. Love it. Courteous, helpful employees!
The driver was excellent-loaded up our bags and we were on our merry way. The ride was smooth and timely.
The only problem I had was when I arrived at the airport and went to the pick-up area, I waited for a long time for the shuttle to arrive. What I later found out was that I should have checked in with a person who was in charge of the shuttles. There wasn't anything in my papers that said I was to do that. As soon as I notified the person in charge, the shuttle was right there to pick me up.

Had a great experience wit these guys. Van was clean and modern; pick-up timely and drop off I was first! when I travelled with the competition I was last dropped off, van old and seat-belt broken and waited 45 minutes for pick-up. Going to stay with Prime Time! Thanks for a great service

Great service from SAN and easy pickup and drop off
Mina, our driver, found the hand carry bag I had left on his van and reported it immediatley. In the mean time I had reported to Lost & Found the fact I left it on Mina'a van. They told me to hold on and called him. He ask me to call him which I did. He said he had my computer bag and would meet me half way to my home to return it. I ask him to give me his addres and I would driver to him to pick it up. He gave me his home address and I drove 35 miles to him and got my bag completely in tack (including my wallet). Our plane was delayed almost 4 hours and the shuttle service accommodated our changed plans. Anna our driver was amazing!! She helped get us to our destination in a very timely fashion and accommodated our accessible needs perfectly - BIG THANKS ANNA!!
