Prime Time Shuttle is the WORST shuttle service!!!! Terrible service at LAX and no one to pick up the customer service phone to help. I've been waiting an hour for my reserved van!!!

i had good first experince, the van was in fair condition for having over 586k miles, the driver was very friendly and polite we arrived way early :), the van could of used new shocks lol was very bumpy, but other then that it was good :)
Excellent service. Driver was personable and friendly. Home within half an hour of landing at Long Beach airport. Very satisfied!
This is the 2nd time we use Prime time, one to LB airport & now to LAX, They picked us up on time infact called us to say we are on our way before the schedule time. However we got in early on our way back from HK trip, approached the Prime time shuttle host at the end to the International area, she was not very friendly & did not explain when or how long they will have a shuttle to arrive after I told her that we were earlier then scheduled. OK pick up. But the worst experience when I got back to LAX. They left me there stating I was late (picking up baggage) and they had no van. I made and paid for a reservation. They refunded the trip not made but not the Super Shuttle (great great service) I had to take instead. Prime time had me standing in the cold at midnight for 40-45 minutes before deciding to pack up and leave. Do Yourself a favor USE ANOTHER SERVICE. This was a terrible experience and very poor customer service.

The only way to go when coming in to LAX! Great drivers. Clean Vans. Drivers get you there as quickly and courteously as possible. The price is right. I would never have my family pick me up at LAX because the Prime Time shuttle is easy and affordable!
I switched to Prime Time after several very poor experiences with Super Shuttle. Prime Time has been consistently right on time with well prepared drivers who are very courteous. They do not circle endlessly looking for other passengers to pick up. I have used them to and from LAX and SNA and in all cases the drivers have been excellent, unlike other drivers who drove like maniacs or were rude. I recommend Prime Time to everyone. Very pleased!
