On the pick up the driver drove way too fast and followed too closely behind cars particularly at 70 mph! He was late to pick up another passenger after my drop off and consequent;y he drove very poorly. The return pick up was absolutely wonderful. Driver called me upon arrival and told me exactly where to meet him. Handled by bags with care and efficient;y. Would give second driver 5 stars and the first driver none!

Our driver, Matthew, was fabulous!! He went above and beyond the call of duty, even offering to jump our dead battery when we arrived home! He's great!!!!
We were picked up on time going to our destination ; Long Beach Cruise Terminal. Driver was good. Coming back home, Carlos, our driver was also a good driver. The only comment my husband had was about the seat belt. It was not working and my husband had to hold it tight with his hand for security. Our shuttle bus # was 525. We have been Prime Shuttle customers for years and so far this is the first time we had this problem. Overall we are happy with the service.
Shuttle #600 on the 405 headed to LAX. Did you really think crossing back and forth over the carpool double lines and nearly hitting cars was a good idea? We were all trying to get to the airport on time.

We had a lovely guy this morning pick us up from Newport Beach and on time which is always a added bonus. Great job on this one Prime Time
Very on time and the drivers are very friendly. Jason the owner I believe has great work ethics and will definitely recommend anyone to use them =) Oh did I mention the price is so reasonable compared to jumping onto a taxi. You'd save alot!
I had an excellent ride in a van that looked brand new - so clean - and it was right on time. And the driver was really considerate and friendly. What's not to like?
My Driver was very professional and polite. He knew the area well and went straight to my house. I would use Prime Time Shuttle again.
Terrible experience DO NOT USE i waited an hour standing for pick up with reservation very unprofessional attendant does not even have the courtesy to tell customers when the pick up will be and then it took two and half hours to get home after six drops NEVER AGAIN
