Trip to the airport from Riverside was good...driver was 30 min. early. Van was in excellent condition and driver drove in a safe manner. We arrived at LAX on time. Trip home from LAX was not the same as it was going to airport. Van was on time...the best to say about this experience. Van was not clean. The van had to deliver customers to 4 different stops which the driver did as efficiently as possible in late afternoon traffic. It took 3 1/2 hrs. to get to Riverside. the driver was late picking us up at SNA. His appearance was dishevelled, his shirt was full of holes, faded, torn...and while he was driving, he kept taking his eyes off the road and looking at his paperwork. Our shuttle on the way back to SNA was a much better experience. It was on time, guy was well groomed and dressed and even though he was using a tablet/GPS, he did not take his eyes off the road while driving.

this is a good stress free way to LAX. Upon arrival the staff was right near Alaska Air and he was most effiecient. We had our van in about 7 minutes after figuring out what to do via telephone. A good method would be for Prime Time to Text the information upon landing. I was happy to not have to drive the crazy airport. Especcially now they are doing construction.
When I need transportation to the airport and none of my friends are around to take me, I always call Prime Time Shuttle because they are really prompt with pick ups and arrivals and the drivers are always very courteous and helpful. No complaints from THIS customer!
I switched from Super Shuttle to Prime Time because they are always on time and courteous and professional. They will not leave you stranded and are readily available when you need them.
I was very pleased with the drivers' professionalism and courtesy. The only drawback was the length of time getting out of the airport and on the road. We did have a full van-load before we left the airport and that took about an hour..
Driver of 836 was great tonight and I didn't mind that we had to stop for gas. What made this shuttle service poor was the hour wait for the shuttle to even get there even though Prime Time knew our flight had arrived a half hour before we even got to the checkpoint. I must have seen 15 Super Shuttles stop and leave empty and was so tempted to beg them. But that wasn't the worst part. We paid for a private van but got a shared van instead. We we're stuck sitting in the van at the airport for over an hour while our driver waited to pick up other customers. The main reason we paid for private. I will never use them again!!!!! Our plane came in at 11pm. We didn't get home until 1:50am
Timely pick up at both LAX and San Pedro for the cruise ships. Excellent driver, safe, clean...ticks all the boxes. Online help was also great.
